• This hood is constructed from a blend of Kermel/FR Viscose (50/50) fibres abd is designed to protect workers who are at risk from heat and flames.

The hood conforms to EN13911 for firefighters and meets the requirement for Limited Flame Spread, Radiant Heat and Convected Heat but must not be used as a primary protection against molten metal.
